 Rear single storey extension, internal structural alterations and full refurbishment to the ground floor. 

When the clients approached us through a recommendation the Architects drawings, planning permission and building regs were already in place and they were keen to get there dreams turned into reality. We met up to discuss their project and they highlighted a few things that they wondered if itwas possible or not. Exposed steels, Polished concrete slab with wet underfloor heating throughout which previous builders had said wasn't possible but we realised it was to the clients delight.
